​Accomplished: Ashley grew her business from scratch and rented her first location in downtown Durango at a 60/40 split and no allowance for her rent. She spent $2,600 a month on rent while growing her business in 2015. She closed her first deal with just $27 in her bank account, however, closed her first transaction that her client said "Anything more than $900K you can keep, I just want this gone it's been 8 years trying to sell my home". He closed his property at $987,000.00.  After leaving that firm, she went  on to managing a Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices in the area for 3 years and realized the 7% franchise fees and lack of actual marketing and SEO that there was a better way to sell real estate it was then;  she then broke away from the franchise chains with her 12 other teammates and founded and created Blackmore Group.
